ቴዲ አፍሮ ለአድናቂዎቹ ስለተሳሳተው የመጽሔት ቃለምልልስ ምላሽ ሰጠ

በሃገር ቤት የሚታተመው እንቁ መጽሔት የቴዲ አፍሮን ቃለምልልስ በተሳሳተ ርዕስ ማውጣቱን ተከትሎ በርካታ ውዝግቦች ተከስተው ቆይተዋል። መጽሔቱ እርማት የሰጠ ቢሆንም አንዳንድ ወገኖች ግን የተሳሳተውን የመጽሔት የሽፋን ገጽ በማየት መነጋገሪያ አድርገውት ቆይተዋል። ቴዲ በዚህ ጉዳይ ላይ ለአድናቂዎቹ በፌስቡክ ገጹ በአማርኛ እና በ እንግሊዘኛ ቋንቋ ምላሽ ሰጥቷል። እንደሚከተለው ይነበባል ለሙዚቃ አፍቃሪዎቼ በሙሉ
ከጥቂት ሳምንት በፊት የዳግማዊ ሚኒሊክን መቶኛ አመት የሞት መታሰቢያ ምክንያት በማድረግ በእንቁ መጵሔት ተጋብዤ ቃለ ምልልስ አድርጌአለሁኝ። ይሀዉ ዉይይታችን በ “አመጣጡን ያየ አካሄዱን ያዉቃል “ እርዕስት ስር ለህዝብ እንደቀረበ አዉቃለሁ። ከዚህ ዉጪ እኔ በማላዉቀዉ ሁኔታ መፅሔቱ በሰራዉ ስህተት ፎቶዬን በሌላ አነጋገር አጅቦ ያወጣዉ ከኔ እምነትም ሆን ጉዞ ጋር የሚራመድ ጉዳይ አይደለም። ይህንኑ ለማረጋገጥ “አመጣጡን ያየ አካሄዱን ያዉቃል” በሚል ርዕስ ስር በወጣዉ መፅሔት መልክቶቼን በማየት ማረጋገጥ ይቻላል። ያም ሆኖ መፅሔቱ በሰራዉ ስህተት እርምት አድርጎ ይቅርታም ጠይቆናል። ጉዞዬ የፍቅር የአንድነት እና የይቅር ባይነት ነዉና ይህንንም ጉዳይ በዚሁ ስሜት ውስጥ እናስተናግደዋለን።

To lovers of my music;
A few weeks ago I gave an interview to Enqu magazine in relation to the memorial marking the 100th year since the death of Menelik II.
I know that this interview was presented to the public under the title “Ametatun yaye akahedun yawkal.” However, under circumstances unbeknownst to me and due to the error of the magazine, my photo was printed along side a different quote which is not in line with my belief or journey.
As proof of this, one can refer to my message contained in the article titled “Ametatun yaye akahedun yawkal,” in the magazine article. The magazine has issued a correction and apologized to us for its error.
As my journey is one of love, unity and closeness/togetherness, we will handle this issue with the same emotion/ principle/sentiment.
